Those of us who spend large amounts of time in front of computers, doing office work, detailed carpentry or even on assembly lines are oftentimes at risk for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke defines Carpal Tunnel as, “a painful progressive condition caused by compression of a key nerve in the wrist. It occurs when the median nerve, which runs from the forearm into the hand, becomes pressed or squeezed at the wrist.”
The good news is that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can be treated so that there can be a complete recovery. But, as always, the best solution is prevention… So, I have provided information on the symptoms and healthy tips to prevent or treat Carpal Tunnel.

What To Look For

  • Numbing of the wrist
  • Cold sensations
  • Pain
  • Weakness
  • Tingling sensations
